Cougar Hunting

The other day while watching TV, a commercial came on advertising a website that I immediately had to check out. I'm not sure how old it is, my guess is it's probably really old and I'm really late to the game in terms of writing about it, but whatever, I've never seen the commercial before. The commercial was for a website called CougarLife.com. The website isn't for the actual cougar animal but for the cougars most teenagers, and young 20-year olds are more familiar with which is hotter, older women. This website though isn't just for older women who want a younger man, it's also for the young dudes who want older women, or as the website calls them, cubs.

Unlike eHarmony and all those other successful dating websites where they show couples who met on the website in their commercials, I do not see CougarLife ever doing that. Can you imagine if they ever showed a couple that met on their website in a commercial? It'd be featuring 2, disgustingly overweight people, and chances are they'd both be dudes. No attractive woman in their right mind will go to this website in search of some young dude and I sure as hell hope no normal dude would go to this website in search of an older, hotter woman. All the "cougars" on this website will either be some older, creepier guy posing as a woman or some disgusting chick whose missing more than 1 limb. All of the "cubs" on the website will of course be either some unsuspecting individual who got put on the website by one of their friends, or again, some older, creepier guy posing as someone they're not. It's a shame CougarLife can't be like all those pornos you see, but then again, what porno ever resembles reality?
